Turkey Panini with Brie and Toasted Pecans 
This is SO good, you'll love it!

Serves 4

Ingredients

3 Tb Butter 
1 1/3 C Pecan items 
Salt and spice up, to flavor 
1 Lf of focaccia breads, cut into areas then cut in half side to side 
1/3 C Mayo 
3/4 lb Deli chopped poultry breasts 
3/4 lb Brie cheese

Instructions

Preheat a panini media (or a large container or bbq grill pan with olive oil). If you want to take the panini on a have a eat outside, you can miss this step, cover the sanwiches in aluminum foil, keep them awesome and roasted breads them on a bbq grill later.
