Tilapia - A Fish for All Cuisines and Cooks
When you think about dinner you may not think of fish. Maybe you should. According to mayoclinic.com, "Fish is generally low in calories, soaked fats, and cholesterol." The United states Heart Organization suggests at least two portions of fish a week, especially fish with omega-3 body fat.

BATTER FRIED TILAPIA WITH LEMON
12-ounce program freezing tilapia fillets
1/2 cup maize meal
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. sodium 100 % free lemon spice up seasoning
3/4 tsp. red onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 egg, room temperature
1/2 cup skimmed milk
2 tbsps (more if needed) extra light olive oil
2 lemons
Defrost fillets according to program guidelines. Dry with sponges and set aside. Merge maize food, flour, lemon spice up preparing, red onion powdered, and paprika in superficial dish. In another superficial dish combine egg and skimmed dairy.
Pour extra virgin olive oil into metal container or non-stick griddle. Cut the ends off the lemon and add them to the oil. Dip fillets into flour combination, egg combination, and flour combination again. Fry the fillets until they are fantastic brown and crunchy. Take with lemon pitching wedges. Creates four meals.
TILAPIA WITH STIR-FRIED SUMMER VEGETABLES
12-ounce program freezing tilapia fillets
1/2 yellow red onion, very finely sliced
1/2 green spice up, very finely sliced
1 small zucchini, very finely sliced
1 cup cherry tomato vegetables, halved
3/4 tsp. sodium 100 % free lemon spice up seasoning
Defrost fish according to program guidelines. Dry fillets with sponges and set aside. Pre-heat stove to 350 levels. Line a cooking pan with no-stick metal aluminum foil and cover with food preparation apply. Lay fillets in pan and spread with 1/4 tsp. lemon spice up preparing. Prepare for about 8 moments.
Coat a metal container with food preparation apply. Mix fry red onion, sweet peppers and zucchini on medium-high heat. Add cherry tomato vegetables and rest of lemon spice up preparing. Place one fillet on each dish and top with summer vegetables. Creates four meals.
